Due to the nature or our inventory we have a strict return policy. A store credit or exchange is permissible if we are contacted within 24 hours of receipt of item. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Code.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn with tags attached. All returns must be properly insured and shipped back by a carrier that uses tracking and signature.
Tandem Jewelry is meticulously handcrafted of precious metals, sparkling diamonds, lustrous Tahitian pearls and semi-precious stones from around the world. With normal wear and special care, our pieces will maintain their outstanding quality. We recommend that you do not bathe, exercise, or sleep with the jewelry on. We recommend keeping your Tandem jewelry in the provided Tandem pouch when you are not wearing it.

At Tandem Jewelry, quality and craftsmanship are our priorities. However, jewelry by its very nature, is delicate.
We will repair at no charge any damages or breakage caused by production issues on our end within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Improper care or damage from misuse will void this warranty. Customers will provide all original proof of purchase and cover all return shipping costs, including insurance for the item.
